Shane Costa
NFL Agent & General Counsel
A lifelong native of Western New York, Shane Costa has over a decade of experience in professional football. Following his undergraduate degree from Fredonia State University, Shane worked for the Buffalo Bills in Player Personnel and Football Administration. He then attended University at Buffalo Law School, where he received his law degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude. After graduating law school, Shane became a certified NFLPA Agent and has represented nearly 50 players in the NFL, including draft picks, pro bowlers, and starters. An attorney admitted to the New York State Bar, Shane also practices law in Buffalo and represents and advises coaches in their employment agreements.
